“Howdo Huliya” – Releasing Simultaneously in Theatres and Talkies App OTT for the First Time

After winning the hearts of Kannada and Tulu audiences with hit films like “Appe Teacher,” “Love Cocktail,” and “Malgudi Days,” Swayam Prabha Entertainment and Productions is now bringing yet another unique and entertaining movie to audiences. Their new North Karnataka–flavored comedy film “Howdo Huliya” will be released worldwide on January 30, simultaneously in theatres and on the Talkies App OTT platform—for the first time ever.

The movie presents a story filled with the charm of rural life, comedy, emotions, and the real face of society. Made entirely in the Jaavari (North Karnataka) dialect, the film features a mix of young and experienced artists. The film is produced by K. Ratnakara Kamath and Ganesh R. Kamath. The story, screenplay, and dialogues are written by G. G., famous from Comedy Khiladigalu. The film is directed by young director Aneesh Poojary Venoor, who earlier directed Daskath.

Cinematography is by Santosh Gumpalaje and Dikshit Dharmasthala, while music is composed by Kishore Shetty and Samarthan Rao. Soumya D. Gowda is the executive producer, and Smithesh S. Barya is the creative head. The team also includes Chidanand Pai, Nishith Shetty, Manoj Anand, Neeraj Kunjappa, and Anoop Bhatt. The film features a strong cast including Vaijanath Biradar, Mimicry Gopi, Priya Savadi, Suraj, Malya Bagalkote, Santosh Rona, Comedy Khiladigalu fame G. G., Umesh Kinnal, Danappa, and Sadanand, among others.
