“Pichchar” Impresses with Its First Song
The first song of Pichchar, produced by Shilpa Ganesh under the Golden Movies banner and directed by debutant Sandeep Bedra, has recently been released through Anand Audio. The film stars Nityaprakash Bantwal in the lead role and is being made in both Kannada and Tulu languages. The song has received an overwhelming response from audiences and is gaining a high number of views since its release. The Kannada version of the song is written by Chetan Kumar, while the Tulu version is penned by Anup Bhandari. Music for the film is composed by Samuel Abi. The movie features four songs in total, with the first one already released and the remaining songs set to be unveiled soon.
Pichchar is a family entertainer with a strong dose of comedy. After working as an assistant and co-director for around fifteen years, Sandeep Bedra is making his independent directorial debut with this film. The shooting has already been completed in locations like Mangaluru, Bantwal, and Kashmir, and the film is currently busy in post-production. The story, screenplay, and dialogues have been written by the director himself. The film’s cinematography is handled by Santosh Rai Pathaje and Chandrashekhar K.S., while editing is done by Raju Aryan. Choreography is by Dhananjay B. and Sriraju, art direction by Radhesh and Santosh Poojari, and action choreography by Thriller Manju. Mohan Bhatkal serves as the executive producer.

Alongside Nityaprakash Bantwal, the film stars Amrutha Sudu as the female lead. The supporting cast includes Devdas Kapikad, Naveen D. Padil, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Saikrishna, Vajradeer Jain, Sadashiva Amin, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Sandeep Shetty Mani, Umesh Poojar, Jayasheel Maroli, Roopa Varkady, and many others.
