Adithya, Srinagar Kitty’s Terror Impresses with Trailer
The trailer of the Kannada film Terror was recently unveiled in a grand event in the presence of prominent personalities from the Kannada film industry and members of the film team. Produced by Silk Manju, Ravi, and Smita Vasishta, and directed by Ranjan Shivaram Gowda, the film stars Aditya in the lead role. Terror has been creating buzz since its inception and has already gained popularity through its songs and teaser. The newly released trailer has further heightened expectations. The trailer was launched by senior director S. V. Rajendra Singh Babu and veteran artists including Jai Jagadish, Vijayalakshmi Singh, Sundarraj, Pramila Joshai, Dingar Nagaraj, Lahari Velu, and Brahmanda Guruji, who extended their best wishes for the film’s success. Members of the film team later shared their thoughts at the event.
Lead actor Aditya expressed gratitude to everyone who supported the film from the beginning. He credited the entire team for the film’s quality and gave special thanks to the producers for investing in the project. He praised director Ranjan Shivaram Gowda for coming up with a strong story in his debut. He also mentioned that he and Srinagar Kitty are sharing screen space again after 21 years. The film features several veteran actors, including Devaraj, Shashikumar, Kumar Bangarappa, and Sharath Lohitashwa. He highlighted that the music by Harshavardhan Raj and lyrics by Dr. V. Nagendra Prasad are major strengths of the film. He concluded by announcing that Terror will release on April 10 and requested audience support.
Actor Srinagar Kitty shared that when the director approached him with the story, he first asked who the producer was. Upon learning it was his long-time friend Silk Manju, he agreed to do the film without even hearing the full narration. He also recalled working with Aditya years ago and expressed खुशी about reuniting on screen after a long gap. Producer Silk Manju said he was impressed by the story narrated by the director and decided to back the project. His friend Ravi, who is based in the United States, also joined as a co-producer. He thanked everyone who supported the film and requested audiences to watch and encourage it.
Director Ranjan Shivaram Gowda expressed gratitude to the team and guests for their support. Lyricist Dr. V. Nagendra Prasad, music director Harshavardhan Raj, and actors including Sihi Kahi Chandru, Keerthi Raj, Kari Subbu, Mumbai-based actress Shivangi, and Nagendra Aras also spoke about the film. Actors Ravichetan, Kote Prabhakar, Ravi Bhat, Ashwin Hassan, along with cinematographer Naveen Akshi and editor Srikanth, were present at the event.
