PC Shekar Announces New Film with ‘Landlord’ Producer

Director PC Shekar has announced his new film, backed by the producer of Landlord. The announcement was made on the occasion of the Ugadi festival, adding to the celebratory mood in Sandalwood as several new projects are being revealed for the Hindu New Year. Known for delivering notable films like Raaga and Romeo, successful filmmaker PC Shekar is now gearing up for yet another project. This time, he has teamed up with producer Sathyaprakash, who is known for producing films like Sarathi and Landlord.

All the pre-production work for the film has already been completed, and the project is set to go on floors soon. Currently, PC Shekar is busy with the final schedule of his film Mahan, but even before its release, he has lined up this new venture. The director has stated that the film will be made on a grand scale. “I am very happy to collaborate with a producer who has delivered big films like Sarathi and Landlord. We will soon reveal the title and star cast of the film,” said PC Shekar.

Another highlight of the project is that actor Mithra, a close associate of PC Shekar, is working as the executive producer. Mithra had earlier played the lead role in Raaga, and their collaboration was well received. Their reunion has raised expectations for this film, even though Mithra will be working behind the camera this time. The film team is expected to share more details about the project soon.
