“Kendada Seragu” Starring Malashree and Bhoomi Shetty to Release on April 17

Directed by Rocky Somli, Kendada Seragu is a unique film that blends a social message with elements of crime investigation. Produced by Kotresh Gowda under the Sri Muthu Talkies banner, the movie features Sandalwood’s action queen Malashree and Bhoomi Shetty in lead roles. The supporting cast includes Shobhita, Prathima Thakur, Mohan Kumar, Vardhan, Yash Shetty, Sindhu Lokanath, and Harish Arasu. The film is set to hit theatres on April 17.

The story highlights women’s self-respect and their fight against adversity, while also shedding light on the dangers and deception faced by some young women in today’s society. One part of the narrative follows a young woman who is deceived in the name of love, leading her life to take a drastic turn as she gets trapped in an immoral network. At this point, Malashree enters as a powerful police officer who takes charge of exposing the racket. Her character represents the fight to uncover the truth and dismantle criminal networks.

The film marks another impactful comeback for Malashree, reminding audiences of her “Action Queen” image in Sandalwood. With a mix of social message, emotional storytelling, and gripping incidents, Kendada Seragu aims to leave the audience thinking. Cinematography is by Vipin, and music is composed by Veeresh Kambli.
