“Goggayya” to release on April 10

A word often used to scare little children has now become the title of a film. Usually, when children refuse to eat, mothers say, “Eat, or Goggayya will come!” Now, a movie titled “Goggayya” is all set for release on April 10. Recently, the film’s song launch event was held grandly. Following the event, members of the film team shared their thoughts.

“I have worked as an assistant director and director for several films. Now, I have directed Goggayya. Produced by Radha J under the Vandana Enterprises banner, I have also written the story. Along with composing the music, I have acted as the lead hero. Tanmay S Anand Kumar has handled the screenplay, lyrics, dialogues, and choreography. The film has three songs, and on the occasion of Ram Navami, we released a devotional song ‘Nee Hedaradiru Kanda’ based on Lord Hanuman. The song is sung by Kailash Kher and written by Tanmay S Anand Kumar. It has been released on the Siri Music YouTube channel. The film blends comedy, horror, and sentiment, and will hit the screens on April 10. We seek everyone’s support,” said director and lead actor Vasanth.

Producer Radha said, “The word ‘Goggayya’ is commonly used by mothers when children don’t eat. I suggested this title to the director, and it fits the story perfectly.” Actress Sneha, actors Kourava Venkatesh, Vaibhav Nagaraj, Siri Music’s Suresh Chikkanna, and Tanmay S Anand Kumar—who also wrote the screenplay, dialogues, lyrics, and supervised production—along with many other team members, spoke about the film “Goggayya.”
