Nagabhushana to Lead Dhananjay’s “Xerox” (Jerax) Web Series on ZEE5 Kannada

ZEE5 has been creating a platform for stories that reflect the essence of Kannada culture. Having already delivered several web series, the platform is now drawing attention with its upcoming series “Xerox.” (Jerax). Actor and producer Dhananjay, popularly known as “Daali” Dhananjay, is producing the “Xerox” (Jerax) web series under his Daali Pictures banner. The series will be directed by Srinidhi Bengaluru, known for the film “Blink.” Actor Nagabhushana will be playing the lead role in this project.

Nagabhushana, who has showcased his acting talent in films like Tagaru Palya and Vidyapati, as well as web series like Ikkat and Honeymoon, will now take on a prominent role in “Xerox.” Currently one of the most sought-after comedy actors, he is set to entertain audiences with this dark comedy thriller. The title “Xerox” has already sparked curiosity. The story is set around the Mandya–Mysuru region and revolves around the unexpected twists in the life of Prakash, a photocopy shop owner.

With this announcement, ZEE5 Kannada continues to strengthen its focus on stories rooted in local sensibilities, bringing cultural authenticity and contemporary relevance to the screen.
