Golden Star’s Cinematic Journey Celebrates 20 Years
It has been twenty years since the release of “Chellata,” the first film featuring Ganesh as a lead actor.
Golden Star Ganesh, who has won the hearts of Kannadigas as an actor, completes twenty years as a leading man on April 21, marking two decades since the release of his debut film “Chellata.” Directed by M.D. Sridhar, this film served as Ganesh’s official entry into the industry as a hero.
In that same landmark year, his all-time Kannada blockbuster “Mungaru Male” was also released, achieving massive success. Since then, Ganesh has continued to entertain fans with his stellar performances in numerous hits—ranging from “Gaalipata,” “Cheluvina Chittara,” and “Krishna” to his most recent release, “Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi.”
