Vinod Prabhakar, Priya Anand Starrer Balaramana Dinagalu Teaser Released

The teaser of Balaramana Dinagalu has been released. The film, which had already attracted attention with two songs, has now sparked fresh curiosity among both the industry and audiences with its teaser. After Madeva, Vinod Prabhakar has gained a new image. Previously known mainly for action films, Vinod is now proving his commercial strength even in experimental subjects. Balaramana Dinagalu is the latest example of this. In the teaser, Vinod Prabhakar’s look and dance have received wide appreciation. Speaking at the grand teaser launch event, Vinod also shared his happiness about the positive response.

Producer Padmavathi personally came on stage to release the teaser. She expressed her joy and gratitude for the support given by her children during the making of the film. She also appreciated her son Shreyas and his newly married wife for standing by her. She mentioned that Vinod Prabhakar and director K.M. Chaitanya have been strong pillars for the project. Interestingly, Padmavathi has also acted in a role in the film along with producing it.

Speaking on the occasion, Vinod Prabhakar offered a piece of advice to the producer’s son:
“Working on one film doesn’t mean you’ve gained complete experience. My father acted in hundreds of films and also produced and directed, yet he would say he still hadn’t fully understood cinema. So, we cannot consider the experience from this one film as final. We are all students of cinema. However, after the success of Madeva, there is an expectation that this film will achieve double the success,” he said.

The film is set in the 1980s, and from the teaser, it appears to have a connection with the film Aa Dinagalu. Director K.M. Chaitanya introduced his team of assistant directors on stage and expressed his happiness about their dedication and commitment to the project. Actor Ramesh Indira referred to director Chaitanya as “sweet” and shared that he plays a character named Monappa Rai, for which he has spoken in Tulu. Actor Vinay Gowda, known from Bigg Boss, said he plays a rowdy character named “Katti.” Another Bigg Boss contestant, Rajat, is also part of the film. Actor Dragon Manju mentioned that although his role is small, he appears in an action sequence and thanked the director for providing him with a stunt double.

Lyricists Kaviraj, Nagarjuna Sharma, and Pramod Maravante spoke about their experiences working on the film. Actors Pratap Narayan and Ashwin Hassan, who portray police roles, said their characters are different from their previous works. Producer’s son Tejas is also acting in the film through the “Singly Gang” track. Actor Aditya, who plays the Singly character, expressed his excitement about his role. The film also features performances by Ashish Vidyarthi, Atul Kulkarni, and Sharath Lohitashwa. Actress Priya Anand stars opposite Vinod Prabhakar in the film.
