Agastya directorial/ starrer “Maarige Daari” Teaser Making Noise

The 90-second teaser of “Maarige Daari” was released on the eve of Dr. Rajkumar’s birthday and went viral within just a few hours of its release. Bengaluru-based Agastya has handled the story, screenplay, dialogues, direction, and also plays the lead role in the film. The movie is produced under the Radha Films banner, with Radha as the primary producer, and entrepreneurs Chetan Chandra and Satish Krishna Shetty joining as co-producers.

Speaking on the occasion, director Agastya said, “Maarige Daari is a cult, classic film filled with raw emotional elements. I can only reveal this much. Saying anything more would give away the story. Those who have watched the teaser have appreciated it and are asking about the release date. More details will be shared in phases in the coming days,” maintaining the film’s secrecy.

Actress Mahalakshmi, who has acted in several films and is currently busy with the TV serial Lakshmi Nivasa, plays the female lead. The cast also includes Cockroach Sudhi, Balrajwadi, Benaka Nanjappa, Vardhan, Pradeep Poojari, Mandya Star Ananth Kumar, Tarak Ram, and others. The film features four songs written by Kinnal Raj, Pramod Maravante, and Trilok Trivikram, with music composed by Rio Antony. Cinematography and editing are handled by Jagadish Gowda, while action sequences are choreographed by Saik Suri. The movie has been shot across scenic locations including Varanasi, Bengaluru, Mandya, Hassan, Chikkamagaluru, Madikeri, and Mysuru. The film is set to be sent for censor certification soon.
