Dr. Rajveer’s ‘Tiklu Rama’ Title Lands in Controversy
The film Tiklu Rama, directed by writer, singer, and music composer Manjukavi, has completed around 40% of its shooting. The story is written by Dr. Rajveer, who is also playing the titular role in the film. A new poster was released on the auspicious occasion of Rama Navami. However, objecting to the film’s title, a Hindu organization activist, Girish from Kamakshipalya, has filed a complaint at the police station demanding that the title be changed.
Responding to the issue, Dr. Rajveer clarified that they have never done, and will never do, anything that disrespects Lord Rama or Hanuman. Producer Shruti G.B. and director Manjukavi also stated that if there are any flaws or concerns regarding the title, they are willing to make corrections. They further assured that if any scenes are found to be disrespectful toward Lord Rama or Hanuman, those will be removed.

The film is described as an environmentally conscious and emotionally touching story. Veteran writer Dr. Dodderange Gowda has appreciated the story after reading it and conveyed his best wishes. The movie aims to deliver a strong social message. It follows the life of Tiklu Rama, who is dedicated to environmental conservation and social causes, and portrays the various challenges and developments in his life.

The film is being shaped in a way that reflects the values associated with Lord Rama. In order to avoid hurting religious sentiments or causing any offense, the makers have been advised to change the title Tiklu Rama. Dr. Rajveer stated that the new title will be announced at a press conference soon. The cast includes Suchendra Prasad, Jahangir, Chaitra Ram, and comedian Girish, along with Vinod Pavitra, Madhu Bhairappa, Shravya, and several other noted artists. The film’s background score is composed by Vinu Manasu, cinematography is handled by Raj Kadur and Bharath, action choreography by Ultimate Shivu and Mass Madhu, and dance choreography by Jaggu.
