Review:
In the first two movies of the HIT series, director Sailesh Kolanu focused on murder mysteries and police investigations. But for the third installment in the series, he has taken a new path. This film has fewer elements of suspense and investigation. Instead, it includes everything needed for a mass entertainer that audiences can enjoy with whistles and cheers in theaters.

Arjun Sarkar (played by Nani) is a ruthless cop. His mantra is that criminals should either be in a 10-foot jail or 6 feet under the ground—and he works accordingly. A series of murders take place. Who is committing these murders? Why are they doing it? As Arjun investigates these questions, he finds himself trapped in a bigger conspiracy. To find out how he puts an end to these killings, one must watch the film.

The first half of the movie has some intriguing elements. In the second half, suspense reduces and action takes the front seat. However, the film never feels boring. Every scene keeps the audience engaged. Another interesting aspect is the reason behind the murders. The director tries to bring a new element here. “CTK” stands for Capture, Torture, Kill—a group that records such murders and uploads them on the dark web. This concept feels new, but it needed a stronger script to convincingly deliver the idea to the audience.

The second half features several thrilling surprises. Arjun Sarkar fights like a beast in the enemy’s den, soaked in blood. For action lovers, these scenes are a visual feast.

Nani appears in a completely new avatar, different from all his previous roles. He impresses as a cop who gets angry in a second, goes to any extent against injustice, and ruthlessly eliminates criminals. Similarly, lead actress Srinidhi Shetty, after KGF, gets a strong role. She delivers well in a character that involves songs, dance, and action. The background score, cinematography, and editing elevate the entire storyline. For Nani fans and action movie lovers, HIT: 3 is definitely enjoyable.
