Pranav Mohanlal’s Dies Irae Trailer Creates Buzz Online

Produced under the banner of Night Shift Studio, owned by S. Shashikanth and Chakravarthi Ramachandra, the upcoming Malayalam film Dies Irae features Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s son, Pranav Mohanlal, in the lead role.

The 1-minute 18-second trailer, released today, has already garnered over 350,000 views within a few hours, creating a major buzz online. The tagline of the film reads “Day of Wrath.”

Touted to be a horror-thriller inspired by certain real-life incidents, Dies Irae is set to hit theatres worldwide on October 31 in Malayalam. The film is written and directed by Rahul Sadasivan, with a supporting cast that includes Jibin Gopinath, Arun Ajikumar, and Manohari Joy.

The music is composed by Cristo Xavier, cinematography by Shehnad Jalal, and editing by Shafique Mohammad Ali. The film’s intense visuals and haunting atmosphere showcased in the trailer have already piqued the audience’s curiosity, setting high expectations ahead of its release.
