Ramanehalli Jagannath’s Emotional Story “Theertharoopa Thandeyavarige”
Director Ramanehalli Jagannath, who gave the message “Accept life as it comes” through the film Hondisi Bareyiri, has now come with content that highlights the value of parents, along with the theme of how one small mistake in life can distance a family and how long it takes for them to reunite. He has given this story the pure title “Theertharoopa Thandeyavarige” (To My Venerable Father). The trailer for this movie has been released.
The trailer launch event took place recently at MMB Legacy in Bengaluru. The team of the film Hondisi Bareyiri released the trailer of Theertharoopa Thandeyavarige and extended their best wishes.
Following the trailer release, senior actress Sitara spoke, saying, “I have been given a good role in the film. You will like my character. The story will touch the hearts of the audience. I have acted in Kannada after a long time. I have acted alongside Rajesh Nataranga after my film Naanu Nanna Kanasu.”
Director Ramanehalli Jagannath said, “This title was originally meant for a different story. When I met Nihar, we discussed the story. The title is very important to attract the audience to the theatre. Also, it should be close to the people and suit the story. Hence, we kept this title for the film. Everyone said ‘Theertharoopa Thandeyavarige’ is a very good title. The film’s core intention is what will finally be found in the search for the main protagonist. This film features a host of artists. I feel all the characters have been portrayed naturally and excellently.”

Actor Nihar Mukesh said, “I am originally a boy from Mysore. My journey started through serials. After watching Hondisi Bareyiri, I wanted to work with director Jagannath, and that has come true. I have played a character named Prithvi. A lot of emotion has been played out in the role.”
Rachana Inder stars as the female lead opposite the hero Nihar Mukesh. The film boasts an experienced cast, including Rajesh Nataranga, Sitara, Ravindra Vijay, and Ajith Hande. The film is produced under ‘Jai Chamundeshwari Productions’, and Ramanehalli Jagannath himself has written the story. ‘Sunday Cinemas,’ which produced Hondisi Bareyiri, is presenting this film. Ravichandra A.J. has supported the film Theertharoopa Thandeyavarige as the Executive Producer.
‘Theertharoopa Thandeyavarige’ has been shot in both Kannada and Telugu. It will first be released in Kannada, and the Telugu version will subsequently be released under the title ‘Priyamaina Naanaaku’ (To My Dear Father). The film features cinematography by Deepak Yeragera, music composition by Joe Cost, and dialogues written by Prashanth Rajappa.
