‘Land Lord’ to Premiere on ZEE5 for Ugadi Festival

The action-drama “Land Lord,” which became a household name during its theatrical run, is set to release on ZEE5 this March 19th. Directed by Jadesh K. Hampi, the film tells a story set in rural Karnataka in the 1980s. The movie is produced under the Sarathi Films banner. The film features an ensemble cast including Duniya Vijay, Rachita Ram, Raj B. Shetty, Ritanya Vijay, Umashree, Bhavana Rao, Sampath Maitreya, and others. Having already garnered audience attention with its star-studded lineup, the film is now heading for its digital release on ZEE5.

Speaking about his role in the film, actor Duniya Vijay said, “I play the character of Rachayya. Rachayya is an introvert. Playing a character who expresses deep emotions without speaking much was a challenge for me. I am happy that the film is now releasing on ZEE5 and am eagerly waiting for the audience’s feedback.”
Actress Rachita Ram, sharing her thoughts on the film and her role, said, “Even though the film is simple, the emotions in the story are profound. ‘Land Lord’ is a story that expresses intense emotions. My role in this is very special.”
